Let’s all quit pretending, the Republican Party is dead. (Photo) If GOP members of Congress are not already voting with Democrats, they’re too weak to stand up to the Marxist mob destroying our country.
On Sunday morning Mitch McConnell sat down for an interview with far-left Meet the Press, a virulently anti-Trump “news” program.
During his interview POS McConnell blamed President Trump for the events on January 6, 2021. Via Kyle Becker. (X Video) It is widely known at this time that President Trump called for 10,000 to 20,000 National Guard troops to the US Capitol two days before the January 6 protests.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi turned them down.

Two attendees at the January 6 rally were killed by USCP Police for a melee that lasted a few hours. But days and counting of actual violence being committed by so-called students and the local police (with a few exceptions) stand down and do nothing, but Trump is the real danger riiiiight...Mitch. You cannot retire fast enough.

There is no doubt that McConnell is hoping for his old liberal Democrat Senate buddy Biden who has been following the leftist and progressive Democrat political agenda to win the November election instead of the conservative Republican candidate. So how can the wimpy Republicans allow McConnell to continue on as the wimpy Republican leader in the Senate without shooting themselves in the foot? Kinda more evidence that a UniParty exists in swampland (DC).

Trump has exposed all the blight in DC, and they hate him intensely for it. McConnell and Johnson are corrupt Democrats and must be expunged from the GOP. The Republican leadership are traitors.

I just watched the video of yesterday’s Meet The Press. Fifteen minutes of Mitch McConnell is a lot to endure, but as I suspected, Gateway’s report isn’t entirely accurate

I still belong to the Republican party because I like to vote in the primary's , but I don't know how much longer I can stand it.
The may be ten Republican in the Senate worth having and maybe 20 in the House.
Pretty sure I will be an Independent before the next 4 years are up unless Republicans get rid of the trash like McConnell.
MTG spoke up in the House about Speaker Johnson and his Democrat leanings , but no one in he Senate has the courage to put Mcconnell in his place.

The Good Lord might have something different in mind for Mitch, like calling him home so that he can't cause more trouble in Congress. His time should be up, he's been there WAY longer than should be allowed! Add to that, nobody CARES what Mitch says. He's a Has Been who should retire before he falls over while spouting his nasty plan to others!

When I look at our 'leadership' in Washington, I see thieves and tyrants. There is nobody in Washington that represents my interests.

I intensely dislike McConnell, and no doubt that he is wrong much of the time. He did grease the skids for all of Trump's Supreme Court nominees, and he did, and valiantly, when it would have been much easier to fold, stand strong and block the evil Meritt(less) Garland from being on SCOTUS.
Helping three Trump justices and blocking Garland - those are shining accomplishments. A lot of the rest of what he has done is just rotten crap. But, still, without him, I wonder if we'd have an insane court, running endlessly roughshod over the Constitution instead of upholding it like they have been doing.
Very mixed feelings, but credit where credit is due, and blame where blame is due. His credits, IMO, wind up making a longer term good impact than all his miserable blames will.

it is lousy advice and lousy strategy to quit the GOP. it is still 1000 % better than the others and it is very very very different. This advice of Hoft is just exasperation. One by one we are shaking off the jerks. Be patient, and don't give voter suppression type advice like this. This rotten advice is just AS BAD as mcConnell's behavior. unite, shsake off the monsters and keep going.
