One state prosecutor and one civilian plaintiff have already won huge fines and damages from Donald Trump that may, with legal costs, exceed $500 million. Trump awaits further civil and criminal liability in three other federal, state, and local indictments. There are eerie commonalities in all these five court cases involving plaintiff E. Jean Carroll, Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg, New York Attorney General Letitia James, federal special counsel Jack Smith, and Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis.

At some point, some prosecutor somewhere will need to use the "lawfare" tactics of the left against them. It will not be pleasant or pretty, but it may be the only way to even think about stopping these folks. You know, we talked "Lock her up!" in 2016, but we all knew that it was not practical to do so. Maybe somebody does need to be locked up. And I really don't like saying that. Even if Trump wins in November, watch for rioting and lawfare to do everything starting from keeping Trump from going to the bathroom, much less govern.

Law and order has broken down. The only way things will get better is to return the fear of God, constituents, and the commoners back into the ruling class.

Caitlin Clark Exposes Media Racism 9 replies

There is a little craziness happening in Iowa and with University of Iowa basketball star, Caitlin Clark. She just set the NCAA all-time women’s scoring record and can make even more history this season by passing Hall of Famer Pete Maravich of LSU for the all-time NCAA scoring record set in 1970. With two games remaining in the season, Miss Clark averaging ~30 points a game and just needs 51 points to break Pistol Pete’s record that he set during his three seasons in Baton Rouge. But the leftist media’s treatment of Caitlin Clark shows just how corrupt the compromised media really is.

Like millions of Americans before me, I’ve done exactly what Donald Trump did; namely, sought a loan based upon my best estimate of what my property was worth—and I didn’t look to what the tax assessor said in reaching that value. However, as part of the Democrats’ lawfare, Letitia James twisted a perfectly ordinary act into something evil, and a partisan judge put his imprimatur on her efforts. If it’s allowed to stand, the results will be devastating, not just for the political class but also for normal Americans. In December 2020, I had to put my home on the market and move 1,000 miles away. Two months before,

In 2019, then IRS contractor Charles Littlejohn stole President Donald Trump's tax returns and illegally leaked them to the media. They were also given to Democratic operatives. Last month, Littlejohn was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to a number of federal crimes. "Littlejohn accessed tax returns associated with Public Official A (and related individuals and entities) on an IRS database after using broad search parameters designed to conceal the true purpose of his queries. He then uploaded the tax returns to a private website in order to avoid IRS protocols established to detect and prevent large downloads or uploads from IRS devices or systems.

According to Alex Mena, an IRS official with the criminal investigations unit in New York, who met with O’Keefe Media Group’s undercover journalist, the IRS uses artificial intelligence technology to spy on American citizens and company bank accounts without a warrant or evidence to uncover what they consider fraud. According to the source, the IRS is “going after the small people” and “destroying people’s lives.” All of the agents are “like robots,” said Mena. This is quite ironic, as The Gateway Pundit recently reported that O’Keefe Media Group exposed the No Mas Muertes (No More Deaths) organization, a nonprofit and ministry of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson,

Last week, a New York court issued judgments against Donald J. Trump and his sons, asserting violation of state anti-fraud law in connection with several real estate mortgage loans. The judgments, which aggregate $355 million and may escalate to $454 Million or more, shocked Republicans and Democrats alike and stunned the national real estate community. It was immediately apparent that something was wildly wrong, since the Trump transactions were nothing unusual or remarkable for the real estate industry.

"If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets," she told ABC News' Aaron Katersky.

On Friday, far left Judge Arthur Engoron fleeced $355 million from President Trump for taking out loans in New York State and paying them back on time and with interest. The charges were brought against Trump by crazed New York State Attorney General Letitia James. There were no victims in the so-called crime. The banks did their due diligence before they loaned Donald Trump the money and testified they would gladly do it again. Judge Engoron called this a crime and ruled that President Donald Trump owed the state $355 million.

“The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock” by poet T.S. Eliot shares the story of a sexually frustrated middle-aged man who wants to express his true feelings but is afraid to speak his mind. “The Love Song of (Fulton County) D.A. Fani Willis” tells the tragic tale of a woman whose lust for power was exceeded by her lust for another woman’s husband, and now she faces embarrassment and possibly even legal ramifications for accusations based on her sordid affair with a married man. Look for any parallels you might find between Eliot’s poem and the life and times of Fani Willis.

On Saturday afternoon, a video was creeping up on X/Twitter suggesting a trucker’s strike against New York City because of truckers’ anger about the $384 million judgment against Donald Trump. I asked, “Is this going to be something?” Well, yes, it is, and that’s despite the fact that, per the original video, only thirteen or fourteen truckers were contemplating a strike. Now, though, in true black swan fashion, it’s become a real story that could have a powerful effect on the lawfare coming out of leftist cities. President-In-Name-Only Joe Biden finally decided to visit East Palestine, Ohio — the community that last year endured both a toxic train derailment and the government’s questionable decision to burn the spilled hazardous chemicals and poison the region’s air. Given Biden’s obvious cognitive decline, it’s impossible to know whether PINO mistakenly thought he was heading out to provide aid and comfort to Palestinian terrorists in their war against Israel or whether he wanted to belatedly feign love for blue-collar Americans before demanding their votes in November.

Anchor Kristen Welker said, “There are some pretty stark numbers you are facing. Seventy-six percent of voters say they have real concerns about President Biden’s ability to serve a second term. Do you think it is responsible for Democrats to put him at the top of the ticket given these concerns?” Newsom said, “I mean, what he’s done in three years, it’s been a masterclass. Close to 15 million jobs, that’s eight times more than the last three Republican presidents combined.

John Kerry: “Agriculture contributes about 33% of all the emissions of the world. And we can’t get to Net Zero—we don’t get the job done—unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution. You just can’t continue to both warm the planet while also expecting to feed it. It doesn’t work. So, we have to reduce emissions from the food system.” What a dilemma. If we feed people, we will continue to warm the planet. If we continue to warm the planet, billions will die in 100 years from global warming because of the food we are eating now.

First, California came for plastic straws. It did nothing meaningful for the environment, but it made lawmakers feel good — albeit at the expense of consumers. Now, the state could be coming for “single-use cups” at chain restaurants. It’ll do nothing for the environment, again, but it’ll make lawmakers feel good, again. Guess what it will do to your wallet, Californians? According to The Center Square, a conservative publication, Democrat Sen. Catherine Blakespear, who represents a district in the San Diego suburbs, has introduced Senate Bill 1167, which would require chain restaurants to stop using paper or plastic single-use beverage cups.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom thinks President Joe Biden should absolutely debate Donald Trump in the 2024 general election campaign. Trump refused to participate in the primary debate this cycle because he claimed he was running as an incumbent and shouldn't have to go up against the B team.
