Marxist tyrant Letitia James took the first step in seizing Trump’s assets on Thursday after his attorney said he was unable to secure a bond to appeal the massive judgment in the NYC fraud case. Letitia James filed judgments in Westchester County where Trump’s private estate and golf course is located. President Trump has four days to either pay the judgment or convince the appellate court to allow him to defer the payment pending appeal. Trump’s attorneys fought back in a court filing on Thursday.

Wasn't Trump restricted in many ways by they judges decision which impacted his ability to secure any bond despite approaching 30? Believe I recall something about him not being allowed to approach banks in NYC or something like that. If that's the case, she should ONLY be able to target assets in NYC where the judgement was rendered. But, the whole thing is a violation of his 5th Amendment Rights, and her "taking" would need to be at fair market value. If Trump does not own these properties solely, then his partners should be able to file suit to stop such a taking from them too.

He should ask the trial court to allow him to escrow certain assets managed by a court-appointed trustee. There iks no reason other than arbitrary stubborness not to allow it. That would be an appealable abuse of discretion. Denying him access to an appeal on the basis that he must put up cash or a bail when there is an obvious alternative that is not prejudicial to New York is also a violation of due process.

On February 18, “Harvard Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine” posted an anti-Semitic meme to their Instagram account which purportedly explains why black Americans should naturally ally with Palestinian Arabs. Under the heading “African people have a profound understanding of [Israeli] apartheid and occupation,” was a cartoon from 1967 depicting a Jew with a rope around the necks of both Egyptian-Arab dictator Gamal Abdel Nasser and Black boxing superstar Muhammad Ali. The hangman’s hand bore the Star of David and a dollar sign. Behind the roped Arab and black captives, a muscular black arm labeled the “Third World Liberation

Case in point, on April 3, 2024, the DOJ asked a Southern district of New York, Judge, to sentence a single mother of two, Aimee Harris, to 10 months in prison for having found first daughter, Ashley Biden’s diary, in a Florida halfway house. Immediately after this announcement, I noticed something strange. First, they came for the Jews, and now they’re coming for Christians. So what wondrous Utopia — from the title of a book written 500 years ago about a socialist society — would the ruling-class left

President Trump’s lawyer John Eastman was officially disbarred this week after a judge ruled he should have his law license stripped for challenging the 2020 election. Eastman on Thursday asked a California judge to pause the disbarment ruling, citing massive legal fees. Trump 2020 election lawyer John Eastman faced disbarment in California for ‘undermining democracy’ by trying to ‘overturn the presidential election.’ The January 6 Committee sent the feds after John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020.

Civil rights groups are calling for the collapsed Baltimore bridge to be renamed when it's rebuilt, citing accusations of racism against national anthem author Francis Scott Key. The Caucus of African American Leaders of Anne Arundel County in Maryland voted unanimously to call for the renaming and will lobby governor Wes Moore on the proposal, as reported by the Baltimore Banner. The caucus includes civil rights groups such as the NAACP and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. Leaders argued that the The Star-Spangled Banner author -who the collapsed bridge was named after - was a slave owner who wrote lyrics that scholars have said 'demeaned black people.'

That means steak should be cooked well done and eggs with runny yolks should be avoided. Even salad dressings like Caesar can be a risk due to being made with raw eggs, he said.
