The U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of signature verification for mail-in voting in the state of Pennsylvania. In a 2-1 ruling by three Democrat-appointed judges, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a previous ruling from a federal district court that struck down the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s 2022 ruling that required a “dated signature requirement” for mail-in voting. Per the RNC: In November 2022, the RNC, NRCC, and PAGOP secured a victory on this issue in front of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. A federal district court then struck down the dated signature requirement in November 2023.

That's all well and good but there is no way to enforce the ruling unless third party notarization is required. Mail-in voting should be outlawed.

Yes, but who does this signature verification and under what rules? It is pretty easy to get some crooked slugs to say "Yep, that's the same" to two very different signatures and who will check them? I hope that somehow this is enforced, but who knows? It is at least not just a "doesn't matter" now, a tiny step in the right direction. We should eliminale ALL early and mail in voting. One day, everyone votes with voter ID, and NO driver's licenses for illegals.

So, Who will be verifying the signatures? A Democrat course. The election board is full of them.

So three fascist pretending to be judges ruled against the fascist party. Why? The Supreme Joke is itching to get a voting case. This one was tee up to be a homer for voting integrity if it went the Supreme Joke. That could lead to the Supreme Joke shutting down ALL voter fraud through courts and executive action. That would gut all efforts by fascist to subvert elections. This 'Court' saw the potential hazarded and sacrificed one method of voter fraud to save the last minute no way to change things before the election methods of voter fraud. Tactical defeat to preserve a Strategic win. Dang these Fascist are one step ahead of Rebublicans at all times.

The mail-in signature should be checked against the voter registration signature, not just to see if the ballot has a signature. Still room for cheating if that protocol is not followed.

Mail in voting should be allowed if ALL of these four conditions are met: 1) ALL registered voters have been recently verified to be real, living, legally eligible human American citizens. 2) The address to which the ballot is sent is real, actual, current residence of the above citizen. 3) Proof that the ballot is received by the above mentioned citizen. 4) Proof that the above citizen (condition 1) is the person that voted on the ballot. If ANY of these conditions can not be met for EVERYONE, then the whole mail ballot system is suspected of being fraudulent. It comes down to: How much fraud will we tolerate?

Require the signature to match the signature on the picture ID you're required to show, when you show up in person to vote. And just ban mail in voting altogether.

There are tens of millions of aliens, both as illegal aliens and as legal immigrants in the USA who have been issued US drivers licenses who can easily pass a State run signature verification process. If they are illegal aliens they may have several drivers licenses in different names. When they were issued drivers licenses those aliens were automatically registered to vote under provisions of the Clinton era so-called Motor-Voter laws. So in reality, illegal aliens, and others who have been issued drivers licenses in several different States, who have multiple drivers licenses have been registered to vote multiple times either in differing identities or in different States, chances are allowing them to receive multiple mail in ballots.

Claim: Comedian Jon Stewart said this week that the loans at the center of the civil real-estate case against Donald Trump meant there were fewer loans available to other borrowers. “Money isn’t infinite. A loan that goes to the liar doesn’t go to someone who’s giving a more honest evaluation. So the system becomes incentivized for corruption,” Stewart said. Verdict: False. The amount of money available for loans from banks is not diminished when banks make loans to other customers, except in the rare case of a distressed bank that is capital-constrained. A loan to one customer does not subtract from a fixed pool of loans
